Your tasks

• Independent recording and management of orders

• Creation of individual offers (calculation) and their follow-up

• Supervision of dunning and payment tracking

• Close cooperation with other supply chain relevant departments to ensure correct information to customer

• Close cooperation with and support of Area Sales Managers

• Active contact with representatives and customers

• Processing of claims. :

 

Your profile

• Completed commercial training and  experience in a sales environment. A background in textiles and an understanding of technology of knitting and weaving are advantageous 

• Very good spoken and written knowledge of English

• Confident handling of the MS Office package, ideally knowledge of ERP systems in the sales area

• Organisational skills and team skills coupled with communication skills and enthusiasm

• Willingness to travel
