RECRUITMENT AGENT – Remote
Objectives:
- Identify and attract potential healthcare professionals interested in working in Belgium or France.
- Establish and maintain contact with candidates during the initial stage of the expatriation process.
- Oversee the recruitment process in close collaboration with the company and in accordance with defined principles.
Requirements:
- Italian language: native
- Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory requirement).
- Previous experience in client management or staff recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Results-oriented and focused on working towards objectives.
- Integrity, dynamism and initiative.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Autonomy and the ability to manage your own work schedule.
- Proficiency in basic IT tools: Office, Outlook, Skype, Microsoft Teams.
